We offer several ways to pay. You can pay your tuition online, or choose to enroll in one of our payment plans for greater flexibility.
Make a Payment
You can make a tuition payment online by logging into your account.
After logging in, select the 鈥淪tudent Finance鈥.
Select 鈥淢ake a Payment鈥 located on right side of the screen.
This will take you to the Student Finance view where you may make a payment by selecting and unselecting the term you would like to pay for.

Steps to Enroll in the Payment Plan
Log into .
Select 鈥淪tudent Finance鈥.
Locate 鈥淪tudent Finance鈥 from the top bar menu and select it for the dropdown selections.
Select 鈥淣ew Payment Plans and Billing鈥.
Select 鈥淧roceed to Processor鈥.
The first time you create a payment plan through Nelnet you will be asked to verify your demographic info. and create a 4-digit pin. The 4-digit pin will be used as an identifier when you call Nelnet for any payment plan inquiries.
Verify the balance amount.
Select 鈥淪et up a payment plan鈥.
Follow the steps to enroll into a payment plan.
Important Notes to Keep in Mind
Enrolling in a payment plan requires a down payment. You must make a down payment to be able to enroll in the payment plan. The down payment must be made by the payment deadline to avoid losing classes for not making any payment arrangement.
The payment method used to make the down payment is saved and will be used to pay for future installments.
A proxy user can enroll in a payment plan for the student鈥檚 current balance. To do so, the proxy user must be given access to 鈥淧ayment plan and Billing鈥 and here is the navigation to grant an access to a proxy user.
Log into .
From the left side select 鈥淯ser Options鈥.
Select 鈥淰iew/Add Proxy Access鈥.
Select 鈥淎dd another user鈥 and fill in the user info.
Scroll down and look for the 鈥淪tudent Finance鈥 section.
Then, select 鈥淧ayment Plan and Billing鈥.
Read the Disclosure Agreement and acknowledge the agreement.
Select 鈥淪ubmit鈥.
Steps to Sign Up for Direct Deposit of Refund
Log into .
Select 鈥淪tudent Finance鈥.
Locate 鈥淪tudent Finance鈥 located on top of the screen.
From the dropdown selection click on 鈥淢anage Payment Plan and E-Refunds鈥.
Select 鈥淧roceed to Processor鈥.
Click on 鈥淢anage Refunds鈥.
Provide your 10 digit US phone number to receive an Authorization Code.
Enter the code received on your phone and click on 鈥淪ubmit鈥.
For direct deposit of refund, provide your bank routing number and your checking or savings account.

1098-T Tax Credits
The Tax Reform Act of 1997 provides our students with Hope Scholarship and Lifetime Learning tax credit opportunities. In participation with this program, each January the College sends the 1098-T Tuition Statement to the eligible students and to the IRS.
